Faculty attends Results Based Accountability Summit

Mass Comm faculty attended a Results Based Accountability (RBA) Summit in Orlando recently. Rfba-group-pictureBA is a disciplined way of thinking and taking action that can be used to improve the quality of education. This summit will assisted faculty to adopt RBA in specific courses in the curriculum.

Dr. Kimberly Davis, Ms. Alvenia Derban, Mr. Dan Henrich and Mr. Rahman Johnson  attended the two-day summit that is funded by the Annie E. Casey Foundation along with the Expand the Bench in Performance Management Partners, FL HBCUS and Sisters of the Academy (SOTA). Representatives from other HBCUs were also involved.

The next step is to integrate the RBA into syllabai for next semester.
